“Fall into Fun” at St. Mary of the Hills Parish Picnic
St. Mary’s Parish Picnic is fast approaching!  This year’s picnic is scheduled for Sunday, September 26, 2010.  Our chairpersons for this year’s picnic will once again be Arnie Vandercruyssen and Carla Vandercruyssen.  Dave and Carol Gunther, Mark and Kathy Gathof, and the Singles Fellowship Group will be chairing the various committees.  It promises to be a fun and exciting day!  To ensure that everything runs smoothly, though, many more volunteers are needed.  If you have always wanted to get involved but are only able to give an hour or two of your time, this is the perfect opportunity for you.  The following are areas where volunteers are needed:

Ticket Sales – Sell tickets after any of the Masses the weekends of September 11/12 and 18/19.

Decorating – Help set up and decorate the gym.  This would be a 2 hour commitment the day before the picnic

Kitchen Help – Help keep the tables clean and the beverage containers filled during the picnic.  Shifts could be anywhere from 1 hour on up.

Clean Up – Take down decorations, clean up tables, and wash dishes from 4:00PM-5:00PM.
