Group Leader: Betty MaciejewskiIce Cream Social for Grovecrest Senior residents. The parish visited three times last year for Christmas Carols, Bingo & Pizza Lunch, and Easter card delivery. The cards were made by smoth children and delivered by a family.

Meet at SMOTH at 10:30 AM to carpool or drive directly to HOPE. Deliver men’s underwear, tour Shelter, and assemble toiletry kits as you discuss life on the margins. (The shelter residents will not be there.)

GHH is a sponsored ministry of Church of Christ. They have a small food pantry and clothes closet. You may ask lots of questions.

Meet at church at 8:45 AM. Kids can contribute can goods if they wish. Learn about hunger awareness, nutrition tips, sort food and help box. No flip flops, crocs or sandals are allowed. Cell phones are not allowed.

Depart from SMOTH at 10:15 AM. Volunteers will assist the kitchen staff with prep work, serve a hot meal, and clean-up.
Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. / Sign in at front desk upon arrival.
Bring a baseball cap or wear their hair net / Wear conservative and comfortable clothing and
close toed shoes. No shorts or skirts. / Street parking is in front of building until 3:00 p.m. or on the side street next to the building. Sr. Grace, Nancy and several parishioners have visited several different DRMM sites. There might be a Tour.
DEPART 20 MINUTES BEFORE START TIME EXCEPT FOR # 6 & 9. You may car pool from Church or drive directly to project site
