Bible Studies Coming in September

We have a Tuesday morning study for women, after the 9 am Mass.  Join us for “Living the Beatitudes in Everyday Life / Kingdom of Happiness” by Fr. Jeffrey Kirby for 8 lessons starting Sept. 18.  Lessons include video access from your home computer.  For more information, contact Adrienne at 248-672-8043.

We just started a study that will meet on Tuesdays, at 7:00 PM, but there is still time to join us. This seven week, study called “Fulfilled: Uncovering the Biblical Foundations of Catholicism,” is a great study for anyone, whether a veteran or new bible reader!  If you’d like to preview Lesson One, you can go online to, and look under “studies” for “Fulfilled.”  Please contact Peggy Casing to register.

We’ll also be taking an in-depth look at the Book of Acts. A wonderful book, filled with information about the earliest Christian communities, “Acts” can be a great place to start in study, or to enrich your previous understanding. This group will be meeting on Wednesday mornings at 10:00 AM.  Information about the study can also be found at, or by calling Peggy Casing. Please call to obtain your materials, so you can prepare prior to the first class on September 19, 2018 (note date change).

Finally, we have another study that meets on Wednesday afternoons from 1:30-3:00 PM. This study has an emphasis on applying scripture to our lives. We focus on a new booklet and theme once every three weeks, so you can participate by getting the book for any number of the studies and joining us for any of the weeks and themes you choose. If you’d like to join us for “Paul: Pastoring God’s People,” on September 19, 2018, contact Peggy Casing to get the book so you can prepare ahead if time.
