Nightfire 2019

During The June 26 Fireworks, Festival of the Hills

Nightfire is an initiative which grew out of World Youth Day in Cologne, Germany. Volunteers pray, welcome visitors, and go out and invite people to encounter Christ at St. Mary’s following the fireworks display. Nightfire combines Adoration, Confession time, prayer time, beautiful music and an opportunity to bring people into our church!

St. Mary’s will host Nightfire 7-11:30pm.

We are in need of volunteers for the following –

5pm – St. Mary’s tent at Borden Park

7pm – Dinner in gym at St. Mary of the Hills

8pm – Set up for Nightfire in church

9pm – Holy Mass in Chapel

10pm – View fireworks from church

10:30pm – 11:30pm Greet guests returning from Fireworks; invite guests to share in Nightfire inside the church and light a candle

11:30 - 12am Cleanup
