Event Request Form

Please note: This form requires at least three days advance notice to submit the form. If your event is less than three days away, please contact the Business Manager, Arnie Vandercruyssen, at 248-243-0257.

Once you have requested an event, you will get an automatic reply showing you that your information was received. Keep an eye out for an actual confirmation email from one of the office staff. If you do not see the automatic email or do not receive confirmation that your event is on the calendar, please first try resubmitting the form, and then call the office, if you still have trouble, at 248-853-5390.
