Bulletin Column: A regularly scheduled, already established bulletin column submission only (this does not include other bulletin announcements or events). Event: Something people can attend at St. Mary of the Hills or elsewhere. Announcement: Postings that aren’t specific events and include things such as collecting items or money for a specific charity, save the dates, volunteers needed, and job postings.
Deadlines
Events & Announcements (i.e. bulletin, social media, website, etc.): 8:00 AM, 12 business days prior to desired publication (subject to change).
Regularly Scheduled Bulletin Article: Two Thursdays (10 days) prior to publication at 8:00 AM (subject to change). The bulletin publication date is the Sunday it first appears in church.
