The Solanus Casey Center welcomes "Black Catholic Heroes"
69 portraits of Black Catholics chosen, researched,
and painted by 12 young Detroiters employed by the College for Creative Studies’ Detroit Neighborhood Arts Corps.
The St. Bonaventure Secular Franciscans are sponsoring a special viewing of the portraits, along with “Conversations on Racism,” a presentation by Madonna University's Black Student Union Facilitated by Jesse Cox Madonna’s Chief Diversity Officer.
All are welcome. Reception following the Presentation.
